Eclipse Imaging is a locally-owned radiology practice, specialising in ultrasound imaging. With state-of-the-art technology including 3D/4D obstetric scanning performed by an experienced and friendly sonographer. Eclipse Imaging aims to provide a superior and efficient service for Boyne Island, Tannum Sands and the Gladstone region.
Our Sonographer
Susan qualified from QUT in 1997 with a Bachelor of Medical Imaging (Honours) and then completed further studies in 2005 to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (Honours).
Susan has worked in both public and private radiology sites and at both metropolitan and regional areas within Queensland as well as being a tutor sonographer.
Susan holds certification with the Fetal Medicine Foundation to be able to perform Nuchal Translucencies.
Her professional passion is Women’s Imaging, especially seeing the joy in parents-to-be when they see their unborn baby. She finds being a part of a woman’s journey as they struggle with endometriosis, infertility or pelvic floor concerns professional rewarding.
Out of work, Susan is kept busy raising her four children and enjoying the lifestyle of this region.
